Sam Carcione and his wife, Linda Woodson, lost their house (right), which was under construction at the time. After rebuilding and moving to Palm Coast in 1999, both joined REACT and served as officers of the Team.

Linda's mother also lost her house (left) to the Seminole Woods fire. She later moved to a home in the north of the City of Palm Coast.
